SPEAKING TOPIC: OSHA Update - Oilfield Service Industry

Mr. Flesher is Assistant Area Director for the Dallas office for Region 6 which he has served for 2 years.  He is also the lead compliance officer for the oil field service industry for the 52 counties East of Dallas.  Prior to that he served as Compliance Specialist for 7 years.  Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma University, He is a Certified Safety Professional by exam.

Mr. Roberson has over 33 years experience in the oil and gas industry in both U.S. domestic and international operations. He has lived and worked on six continents in drilling fluid operations, engineering and technology development. Loyd is currently responsible for fostering the introduction of emerging Newpark technologies to the marketplace through development of corporate sales and marketing strategy, guidance in specific product and technology development, and targeting the needs of Newpark’s client base. Prior to his current assignment in Houston, from October 2005 until July of 2009, Mr. Roberson was President Director of Newpark Drilling Fluids do Brasil in Rio de Janeiro.
